Mannino`s in Oakdale

The food was fantastic and the service was stellar!

Went there for a birthday celebration, and we weren't disappointed. Service is top-notch. Our server was Seth, and he was extremely attentive and polite. Every dish was prepared and presented with care. I ordered the clams posillipo for an appetizer and it was clean and fresh and very tasty. The extra garlic was very welcomed. I ordered the Halibut special on a bed of spinach, and it certainly didn't disappoint. I only wish I took a picture of it before I finished it. Everyone else is meal was equally fantastic. My mom got the stuffed veal chop and it was absolutely huge. After seeing it I wished that that was what I ordered! So dinner for 5, it's a small takeout dish, was $360 with a $50 bottle of wine and with tip. They also have valet parking.

Food was delicious as usual and distance dining worked.

Delicious meal, one hour wait at the bar. Wouldn't have minded the wait at bar if it wasn't a path for the waitstaff. Bar area was 2 deep with people waiting for their tables. Bar staff was excellent in making sure you had your cocktails timely despite the crowd. Wish you could make a reservation for two. Reservations are available for larger groups only. I think if you arrive alittle earlier than the crowds it would be better. We arrived at 7pm, and so did everyone else. Would recommend, have been here many times and always satisfied with the meals and waitstaff.

Excellent food and service. Lively atmosphere. If they find out that it is your birthday, they will sing to you. The other patrons might too.The escorole and beans was a great appetizer. So was the stuffed squash and I generally don't like squash. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked and the risotto was great. They don't take reservations, but I enjoyed sitting at the cool looking bar. Saturday at 7pm, we waited about 20 minutes for a table of 2. Once we sat down, we never felt rushed.

No one better than john and his staff...always great and consistent...i highly recommend manninos for a great time and food...

Whether in Commack or Oakdale, a meal st Mannino’s is a good meal.

We ordered dinner tonite from here . My husband ordered soup and eggplant parmigiana. I ordered stuffed mushrooms and chicken Marsala. Husband enjoyed his meal.Unfortunately I did not , the mushrooms were eh. And the chicken Marsala had no flavor, just lots of soupy brown gravy. Now I remember why we live right up the road from them n haven’t eaten there in years.

So happy to be back after 3 months!!

My boyfriend and I did a pick up delivery 5/29/2020. Out on a whim, I told him I’d like to try the Penne Dolce Vita (a seafood mix). We ordered that, the stuffed mushrooms and fried calamari. We were told the pick up would be ready within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, we had our dinner ready to pick up, and as a bonus, we had a 10% discount. Honestly, that bonus therefore helped provide a more accurate tip. When we got home and “taste tested” our food before “devouring” it 5 minutes later, we just kept saying “OMG”, “this is great”, “we need to go back when things are back to normal, for a sit down dinner”. Dinner was tasty, excellent fast service and VERY friendly staff, especially with what’s going on! Thank you!! We will definitely be back for seconds and MORE

Christina our server was extremely attentive and made wonderful food suggestions! The food was delicious! I had the salmon with a lemon caper sauce. My husband had the chicken Giancarlo...we enjoyed our meal very much! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went to Maninos for a meatball hero! THIER meatballs are awesome but they take two meatballs ONLY and a whole lot of bread!! Not worth the money!

Food is great but my wife and I went there yesterday and couldn't believe our eyes that no patron inside the restaurant were wearing any masks yet the multiple signs posted everywhere that people inside needed to wear them. Again we love it there but was a huge disappointment to see this going on at our favorite restaurant!!!
